Martins Obialor

Graduate Student

I received my bachelor's in Chemical Engineering at the University of Uyo in 2019. After which, I gained hands-on research experience in electrochemistry while working on electrolytes for high-performance ultracapacitor devices in South Korea. This experience ignited my passion to explore battery research and development. My current research is aimed at increasing the performance of sodium-ion batteries by designing suitable anodes. When I am not working and looking up current battery/EV industry trends, I enjoy, chatting and hanging out with friends and family, playing badminton, watching football, or organizing a weekend getaway road trip.
